Introducing our Newest Project: Kaizen Galveston

We are thrilled to be announcing the beginning of a new project in Galveston, TX! Led by an incredible team of medical students at the University of Texas Medical Branch, the project aims to provide meals to underprivileged individuals across the island. Research by Feeding America showed that there were over 45,000 individuals who were food insecure in Galveston County in 2019. This team hopes to provide a sustainable solution to food insecurity while serving each low-income family meals with healthy and nutritious ingredients.
